BOOKING TICKETS
1. Every coloured zone caters for a different ticket quantity, i.e. for purchase of four (4) tickets, click on Zone Orange. Do note it is not possible to purchase a quantity of one (1), two (2), three (3) or five (5) in the Orange zone.⠀

2. Seats are categorised in zone that shows different ticket quantity. ⠀

3. In the event you selected the wrong zone for the quantity you purchase, an error message will pop up and you will not be allowed to complete the purchase.⠀

**Also, doors will open at 8pm on the event day and the entry time is strictly by assigned seating zone only while the show will begin at 9pm. ⠀
PRE-EVENT TESTING
Everyone attending the event will be required to have a valid negative Antigen Rapid Test (ART) or Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) result. This valid negative certificate must be produced together with the corresponding identification card and valid e-ticket for entry. There are no exceptions to this.
- All Two-Day ticket bundles will include on-site testing at Sands Expo & Convention Centre, Level 3, Cassia Main Ballroom. These ticket holders will be required to complete the ART on both days from 5:30pm – 7:30pm.
- All One Day ticket holders will need to book an appointment to undergo the ART at any of the Designated Clinics. For the full list of participating clinics, please click here
- All Antigen Rapid Tests will be provided free-of-charge for all valid ticket holders. It will be the responsibility of the primary ticket purchaser to provide details of all members of their group, and each individual member will be required to take the ART.
Please ensure that you take your ART during the allotted time as stipulated in your authorisation letter. The ART and PCR results will be valid for 24 hours from the time the test was taken and must be valid at the point of entry until the end of the event.
