The Vaccines are one of England's most formidable modern indie rock bands. Their debut album, 'What Did You Expect from the Vaccines?' was released through Columbia Records in 2011 drawing comparisons to the Ramones, the Strokes, and the Jesus and Mary Chain. The band have since released five more studio album selling over two million records worldwide.

The Vaccines have toured extensively, playing with and opening up for acts such as the Rolling Stones, Arcade Fire, Arctic Monkeys, Phoenix, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Imagine Dragons, and Muse. In September 2023, the Vaccines announced their sixth studio album, Pick-Up Full of Pink Carnations, alongside the release of its lead single Heartbreak Kid, recorded in Los Angeles with producer Andrew Wells. To coincide with the release of the album, the band announced a global tour and we are so excited to welcome them to Bali as a part of it!

After five consecutive Top 5 albums, their sixth – featuring former touring guitarist Timothy Lanham – stays seamlessly true to the high-octane garage rock sound that has served them well. Subtler depths are to be discovered in Justin Young’s lyrics, which occasionally give the sonic euphoria a darker undercurrent

In quintessential British style, the band will be performing at Bali’s infamous Black Sand Brewery on 16th May - you can take the Brit’s out of the UK but you can’t take them out of the pub!
