IMPORTANT GUIDELINES

HEALTH PROTOCOL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Promoter applies the TERMS & CONDITIONS for HEALTH PROTOCOL in accordance with the provisions imposed by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and can be changed anytime.

  • All Event Attendees are expected to check-in through the PeduliLindungi app.

  • All Event Attendees are expected to have received complete vaccinations as recommended by the Government, stated on Surat Edaran Gugus Tugas Penanganan Covid-19 20/2023 (SE).

  • Visitors are expected to use masks at the event venue and throughout the event.

  • Please only use medical masks (not material masks and/or cloth masks).

  • Regulations for international Event Attendees are as follows:

    • You are required to bring a printed Complete Vaccine Certificate and/or Vaccine Card showing that you have received a Vaccines Booster.

    • You are required to bring an official Identity Card with the name as stated on the Vaccine Certificate or related certificate. Please have all the documents translated into English.

GENERAL POLICIES

  • Organiser/Promoter reserves the right to process and litigate in accordance with Indonesia regulations through civil criminal proceedings against people who make illegal ticket purchases, including but not limited to counterfeiting or copying a valid ticket or get a ticket in a way that do not match those specified by the organiser/Promoter as in item (a) of this provision.

  • Organiser/Promoter is not responsible for any negligence that resulted in E-voucher/ wristband being misplaced or lost (or in the mastery of others’ hands) and is used to enter the venue by others.

  • Purchasers hereby agree to release the organiser/promoter from legal claims through the courts or any means permitted by law in the event of cancellation of a concert that was made unilaterally by the artist or the government or others causes beyond the capacity and will of the organiser.

WHAT NOT TO BRING

  • NO outside food and drinks allowed in the venue.

  • NO professional and semi-professional/SLR/DSLR camera. Recording and transmission at concerts is generally prohibited. Cameras with removable lenses, video cameras, recording devices, and action-cam are prohibited. No flash photography.

  • NO selling inside the location of the event.

  • NO unauthorised solicitations, handbills, sampling or giveaways without prior approval from promoter/organiser.

  • NO weapons of any kind

  • NO paint of any kind including paint markers and spray paint

  • NO fireworks

  • NO illegal drugs or substances or drug paraphernalia

  • NO official medicines without a doctor’s prescription, except over-the-counter medicines. Carrying products that are harmful to human health is prohibited.

  • NO large chains.

  • NO laser pointers.

  • NO flags or totems with metal or wood pieces.

  • NO large umbrellas.

  • NO unsealed sanitary products

  • NO pets.

  • NO big portable fan

  • NO carrying a corkscrew or bottle opener.

  • NO backpack, travel luggage, and other bags that may exceed 20 cm x 30 cm. There will be no lockers at the venue.

  • NO glass bottles are allowed.

  • NO tripod for cameras.

  • NO projectiles or explosives materials.

  • NO knives or sharp objects.

  • NO flammable products or aerosol cans.

  • NO open fires.

  • NO water guns or air guns.

  • NO chairs.

  • NO drones and/or other similar flying apparatus.

  • NO sleeping bags.

  • NO smoking, vaping and electronic cigarettes in the concert area.

  • NO item that can be used as a means to disturb the peace, endanger the safety of the crowd and/or inflict damage to people and goods in the sole discretion of Event Staff.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

  • National Identification Card or Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP) for Indonesian citizens, Driving License, Passport, Student Card, and Basic Resident Registration Card are valid forms of ID (with photo).

  • Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and no children under the age of 12 are permitted in the festival standing zone.

  • Children under 3 years old will not be admitted into the performance venue.

SECURITY ENTRY

  • Your safety and security are important to us. You understand that you and your property may be subject to a reasonable inspection upon entry to the event. If you refuse to participate in these security measures, we may deny you entry. We also reserve the right to ask you to leave the event if your behaviour causes us concern for the safety or security of event attendees. If we deny you entry or require you to leave, you will not receive a refund.

  • All attendees are subject to being searched prior to entry into the event, including members of the media. By requesting entry into the event, all attendees shall be subject to a thorough airport-style pat down search, including emptying pockets and bags, and having your items examined.


FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

How do I purchase tickets for the event?
Tickets can be purchased via https://www.collectiveminds.asia/shows till 31 May, 8pm. Please note that there will not be any tickets for sale at the door on the event day.

What payment methods are accepted for ticket purchases?
Credit card and debit card (Visa, Master), Bank Transfer, OVO, LinkAja

What does the VIP ticket entail?
VIP ticket includes a Group Photo 10:1, Meet & Greet, Early Entrance and VIP Laminate & Lanyard. However, there are only limited spots available. Please purchase your tickets via https://www.collectiveminds.asia/shows.

Can I get a refund if I can't attend the event?
There are no refunds, exchanges or ticket transfers allowed. However, the ticket is transferable with the power of attorney. You will be required to provide the following details: 

  1. The original ticket owner to create Power of Attorney

  2. To bring copy of ID Card of original owner

What are the seating arrangements for the event?
The general admission is a standing ticket. For this concert, the seats will be removed and the show will consist of only standing. However, there will be a premium seating section (green section as indicated in the plan) available for those who prefer seated view.

Please note that all ticketholders are not allowed to go out and back in after entering the venue the first time.

What can I bring or not bring to the event? 

  • There is an obligation to maintain applicable health protocols. It is mandatory to wear a mask during the event.

  • Please bring along your ID to guarantee entry. 

  • Please bring along a copy of the electronic ticket (e-ticket) with a QR code and your name, it can be printed on paper or show a pdf format copy on your mobile phone.

  • You are not allowed to bring a professional camera or DSLR to the event. 


Do I have to hold my items in a transparent bag?
The management has advised it’s recommended to use a transparent bag to speed up the check-in process but it is not mandatory.

Can I bring my own food and drinks to the event?
No outside food or drinks are allowed at the event. However, there will be F&B stalls available at the venue and can only be purchased before or after the event.

Are there any prohibited items or activities at the event?
No smoking allowed at the event.

What if the event is canceled or postponed?
In the event of cancellation, all tickets will be refunded.

Will there be an exchange of physical ticket?
There will only be e-ticket check in, so have your mobile phone and e-ticket on standby!


Is there a queue number for all the standing tickets?
There will be no queue number for all standing tickets. Due to the capacity, all standing tickets will be on a first come first served basis.

What time will the door open for VIP, and early entry GA?
The opening times for the respective ticketholders are as follows: 

    • 16:00 - Official merchandise booth will be opened for all ticket holders

    • 18:00 - Doors open for VIP ticket holders for the Meet & Greet Session with Yerin Baek

    • 18:30 - Doors open for GA (Early Entry) and Premium Seating Balcony

    • 18:45 - Doors open for General Admission

    • 19:30 - Show starts

Will there be any official merchandise sold at the venue?
There will be merchandise available for sale outside the concert hall in the form of t-shirts, pin badges, posters, postcard set and memo pad. We will be releasing prices nearer to the date.

Will I be able to give Yerin Baek any gifts at the concert eg. flowers?
Yes, you can pass the gifts over to the on-ground staff on the event day.

Will there be a prayer room available at the venue?
Yes, there is a prayer room in the venue.

Will there be lockers available?
No, but we will be sharing a list of things that you can or can’t bring to the venue as soon as possible.
